In the public art commission for the square in Storgatan, Växjö the bronze paving stones were used in the entrances to the buildings coming from the public area. The use of the bronze paving stone at that particular place in a building, will capture the most out of the bronze paving stone´s light reflecting qualities. Since the wear is extreme in the entrance doorway and almost non-existent beside it, the visual effect of the wear will be strong. With careful artificial lighting, this effect could even be greater during nighttime. A bronze sphere is placed upon a disc of natural and bronze paving stones.
